Hi, I’m Kelly
I’m a seasoned event planner with a background in leading programs for brands like Mastercard, Datadog, and Superblocks. After 12+ years in full-time roles, I continue to stay actively involved in the work I know I do well and love—planning thoughtful, high-impact events.
Whether you're hosting a happy hour, high-touch executive dinners, summit, sporting event or bespoke activation, I bring transparency, creativity, and a collaborative spirit to every project.
Over the years, I’ve executed hundreds of events—from Michelin-star dinners and branded summits to global trade shows and virtual activations. I’ve led million-dollar budgets, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and built experiences that drive pipeline, deepen relationships, and elevate brand presence. I’m also known for my ability to negotiate effectively and maintain strong, long-term relationships with vendors and partners—ensuring seamless execution and elevated guest experiences across every touchpoint.
My work has spanned B2B marketing, cloud platforms, and financial services, always with a focus on thoughtful hospitality and strategic impact.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about travel, fitness, and scouting the next ‘hot’ dinner spot. I’ve run five marathons, love spending time with family and friends, and am a lifelong sports fan—loyally (and painfully) devoted to the Mets, Jets, and Rangers. I thrive in energetic, people-facing environments and bring that same drive to every project I take on. When I’m not working or working out, you’ll find me planning hyper-detailed travel itineraries just for fun—because nothing says vacation like a color-coded spreadsheet.
